If
you pass your tongue at the base of your teeth and you notice a hard
yellowish layer, it is tartar and can contaminate your mouth with
bacteria. It is therefore important that you know how to remove tartar
so that you can put it into practice as soon as possible. Take note!
#1 Sodium Bicarbonate
Pour
a little baking soda into a small bowl, moisten the toothbrush, put a
little baking soda into it and brush. You can also add a pinch of salt
to boost the cleaning power.
Prepare a mouthwash of baking soda to soften the tartar on your teeth.
Ingredients:
½ cup baking soda
1 cup water
10 drops lemon essential oil
4 tablespoons vegetable glycerin
1 teaspoon aloe vera gel
1 cup water
10 drops lemon essential oil
4 tablespoons vegetable glycerin
1 teaspoon aloe vera gel
Mix all ingredients and store in a jar for use once or twice a day.
#2 Strawberries and tomatoes
Rub
the fruit directly onto the tartar and let it act for 5 minutes. Then
continue with rinsing the baking soda with warm water to remove all the
plaque from the mouth and leave the teeth clean. You can use other foods
rich in vitamin C such as peppers, lemons, oranges or papaya.
